Hair Growth

Apple Cider Vinegar for Healthier Faster Hair Growth

An old fashioned remedy
One of the easiest and simplest hair growth remedies that you can find in your kitchen is apple cider vinegar.  This natural product is extracted from seedless apples and does not undergo distillation therefore important minerals and enzymes which can aid hair growth are not lost.
Apply a cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with one and a half cups of water to your scalp to remove bacteria and dead skin cells that block the follicle where hair grows.  You can do this in the shower before washing.   Use the mixture like a shampoo, massaging your scalp for a couple of minutes and rinsing off before applying your regular shampoo and conditioner.

Mustard Mask for Healthy Hair Growth

Found this recipe for hair growth - worth a try.  Or just go with the extensions!! www.essexhairextensions.net

Apply for 1 month once a week - hair grows about 10 cm! The mask recipe is very simple and is based on the idea that mustard warms the scalp causing a rush of blood to the hair follicles:    2 tablespoons dry mustard powder dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water,  1 egg yolk,  2 tablespoons olive (peach, burdock, and any other cosmetic oil) 2 teaspoons of sugar (the more sugar, the better).
